The Chalets of Memories invites you to rediscover the art of family living in a unique, generational chalet located in the charming village of Plans sur Bex, nestled in the heart of the Swiss Alps. This storied retreat, where generations have shared countless moments, is the perfect setting for three families or a close-knit group to create new memories while honoring the legacy of the past.

The chalet features four well-appointed bedrooms - three with comfortable double beds and a dormitory designed to accommodate up to eight children - ensuring ample space and privacy for everyone. A generous piece of land attached to the chalet provides an expansive playground where children can freely explore and enjoy the natural surroundings. On the ground floor, a renovated kitchen complete with a breakfast bar which enjoys garden views. From the entrance, you will find a welcoming living area, which is enhanced by charming details like a low wooden ceiling adorned with carved beams and a renovated dining room that opens into the living space, featuring a super long dining table ideal for family meals. Adjacent to the entrance, which includes a convenient cloakroom, you’ll find a large bathroom equipped with a shower and toilet.

Upstairs, the bedrooms are complemented by a second bathroom that retains a rustic style, complete with a shower and toilet, preserving the authentic character of the chalet. Additional practical touches include outdoor parking for two/three cars, ensuring convenience during your stay.

Located in Plans sur Bex, a picturesque hamlet set on a plateau at 1100 meters, the chalet benefits from an enviable location close to delightful restaurants, scenic hiking trails, and a wealth of natural beauty. Enjoy leisurely walks along the Avençon River as you ascend from Plans to the Vallon de Nant, or continue your adventure from Pont-de-Nant towards the alpine pastures of La Vare, discovering traditional farms along the way. For a cultural excursion, visit the Thomasia Botanical Garden at Pont-de-Nant - a tribute to the early herbalists of the region, showcasing around 3000 mountain plants from across the globe, open from June to September.
